This is an example of a long weekend retreat conducted in the past for people to reconnect with themselves through nature.
We shared in council the intention we brought for our time in nature together, sang with the ancient Oak trees, explored our respective Hero’s Journey, experienced a solo walk in nature during the day - and another one at night, and finished with a cleansing and celebratory collective swim in the local lake! |

A nature immersion, however, transforms beyond the activities themselves. In my experience, surrendering in nature in this way brings connections, insights and inspirations for each individual as they seem to need them at the time.
