Feeling out of balance? Out of place or ill at ease in your life?
I offer to be your companion on what often turns out to be a journey of self-discovery. My guiding role is mostly one of creating a safe space for you to be heard completely, of making suggestions and of sharing relevant tools and techniques to improve your wellbeing and help you achieve your objectives.
Connecting with nature
Step into a green or natural environment and your heart will start to beat slower, you will breathe more deeply and you may even smile without realising it.
Much of my work with individuals involves re-acquainting them with their true essence or purpose, in and with nature. There is much to learn and re-discover in nature. Nature gifts us with a deep sense of presence, new insights and understanding and aids clarity of thinking and decision-making.

This is what nourishes Me... What nourishes You?
- Being of service to others – When I lived in High Wycombe, I coached younger people pro bono, volunteered at a local prison and supported the local refugee effort. I now focus my time on holding dialogue circles for communities, local and international, in person and online.
- Nature - I have walked a number of ancestral trails such as the Ridgeway and The river Thames path from its source and currently plan to do the Isle of Wight coastal walk.
- Physical movement - I am a rower and after a few years on rivers and lakes, I have ventured on the sea and am currently discovering the thrills of coastal rowing. I have also practiced Iyengar yoga for a number of years and love cycling across the Isle.
- Silence – I have a Buddhist (Thai Forest tradition) meditation practice, am a Quaker and visit the Krishnamurti Foundation near Winchester for personal retreats twice yearly.
- Authentic sharing – I have run a number of retreats on managing change in one’s life and learning to share and own our stories. I also have a passion for dialogic sharing which I have brought to a very wide range of worlds including those of activists, artists, politicians, neurodivergent professionals and even, cinema goers!
- Finding ways to bring greater awareness about our daily choices and their impact on others, nature and our shared future.
- Cinema! – I love a good film…
- and building labyrinths... and more!
