I work in a spirit of service to others and my passion is to help people shift from being "stuck" to being "unstuck".
I will mirror what I see and hear from you and guide you in understanding what is needed from you to implement the change you desire in your life - changing is hard, when faced alone, and especially if you are in a place of confusion and disruption which is often the case when a transition or a change is happening. I now live on the Isle of Wight and mostly coach remotely - on zoom. I visit London every month and we can meet there in person, if convenient.
More recently, I have been offering nature immersions near where I live on the Isle, which you may consider, once we start working together. |

My Story
I began my career in cross-cultural research which took me to speaking and working with people across all continents.
In 2000, I set up my own consultancy, to the heart, providing individual mentoring & coaching, team training, creative facilitation and event management for non-profit organisations and global corporations, such as the Disney Companies, Clarins, IBM, Kellogg's and Sony Music among others.

My coaching practice evolved organically, following the spontaneous demand from individuals I worked with or who knew me personally.
I am trained and experienced in a wide range of coaching-based practices: Appreciative Inquiry, Conflict Resolution, Conscious Business, Embodied Leadership, the Energy Project, Focusing, Non-Violent Communication Performance Coaching, Polarity management and Transactional Analysis.
